Life Development Team
Our Life Development Team works within an intensive case management framework to provide SEMs with specialized and unique services, helping them transition into a more positive, healthy and suitable lifestyle. Our Life Development Team works hand in hand with youth to determine what their needs are and how best to get them met in a timely, sensitive and non-judgmental manner.
We attempt to cast as broad of a net as possible when providing SEMs with the resources they need to survive and be healthy. We also attempt to make the services we provide as reality based and truthful as possible, as we recognize this is a powerful avenue for establishing trust. At the same time we hope to provide young people with the understanding that they can achieve their dreams and aspirations… and we are going to help them do it. Because recognize that we can’t do all of this without a youth’s permission, all of our Life Development services are voluntary.
