Support Services
Operations & Support
The Operations & Support Team works closely with all other Teams to monitor program goals and ensure that the services being provided are in line with programmatic and agency objectives and gathering the information needed to increase the effectiveness of programming. Our Operations & Support Team also generates comprehensive reports of the data gathered on the SEM population in order to better inform development of services, resources and even policy. This Team holds down the day to day functioning of the organization, ensuring that all other Teams can do their jobs successfully. Along with operations, this Team also organizes support in the form of volunteers and donations.
