Geraldine Cabrera is MISSSEY’s Youth Engagement Specialist and often the first point of contact for young women and gender-expansive youth seeking support. In this role, she works directly with youth while also collaborating across departments to ensure every young person is welcomed into MISSSEY’s survivor-centered services.
With a strong background in public health, youth development, and mental health wellness, Geraldine brings hands-on experience from her work with Bay Area nonprofits addressing food insecurity, homelessness, healthy relationships, and teen dating violence. These experiences ground her holistic, youth-centered approach to supporting survivors. She is deeply committed to MISSSEY’s mission of helping young people uplift themselves and thrive, no matter the challenges they face.
