Lakisha Hill is MISSSEY’s Operations & Facilities Lead, where she oversees facility operations, safety compliance, and HR/ operations systems so staff can focus on healing-centered work with youth. With more than 20 years of experience in community service, program operations, and project management, she has designed clear processes — including SOPs, onboarding tools, and vendor systems — that strengthen daily reliability across the organization.
Lakisha is deeply committed to MISSSEY’s mission because she believes trauma-informed systems protect the time, dignity, and safety of both youth survivors and the teams who support them. A San Francisco native and lifelong community builder, she finds joy in nurturing her family’s legacy, empowering communities to grow, and creating tools that inspire personal transformation and generational wealth.
