Michelle Badue is MISSSEY’s Youth Engagement Specialist, where she provides case management, conducts outreach, and supports youth through advocacy, programming, and access to resources. In this role, she collaborates across departments and helps young people work toward stability, often wearing many hats to meet their needs.
Before joining MISSSEY, Michelle spent more than five years as a Technical Coordinator at Google and two years at Dell, honing her skills in problem-solving and client support. Her connection to MISSSEY’s mission is deeply personal. As a survivor herself, she knows the life-changing impact of healing-centered spaces for girls and youth affected by exploitation. She is dedicated to showing young people that there is light at the end of the tunnel and a future full of possibility. Outside of work, Michelle values raising her two daughters in safety and love, and enjoys living life to the fullest.
