Nilda Jenai Aldredge

Integrated Services Manager, Program & Services

Nilda Jenai Aldredge is MISSSEY’s Integrated Services Manager, where she supervises and coaches the Youth Engagement Specialists and Transformation Coaches who provide direct, survivor-centered support to youth. A proud Oakland native, Nilda brings more than a decade of experience in youth advocacy and direct service, with a deep commitment to creating safe, healing spaces for young people.

Before joining MISSSEY, she served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate and CSEC Advocate with organizations working to end gender-based violence. Nilda’s dedication to MISSSEY’s mission is deeply personal — she understands the devastating impact of sexual exploitation, having lost a friend to it at the age of twelve. Outside of work, Nilda loves dancing to anything with a beat and spending time with her mother, niece, and her beloved teacup fur babies, Pumpkin and Spice.
