Tanya “Tee” Carvajal is MISSSEY’s Housing Manager, where she oversees the MISSSEY Residence and leads housing initiatives that provide stability, safety, and healing for young people. She has been instrumental in developing MISSSEY’s Good Tenant Curriculum, which equips youth with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in long-term housing. Under her guidance, the housing team builds strong partnerships with probation officers, community organizations, and statewide networks to expand access to supportive housing across the Bay Area.
Tee is committed to MISSSEY’s mission because she believes that safe housing is the foundation for transformation, healing, and opportunity. She is honored to walk alongside youth as they build stability and independence, and she is proud to witness the positive impact of survivor-centered housing on young people’s lives. Outside of work, Tee values time with her community and loved ones.
